How does one become a Bio Dynamic farmer?　どのように人はバイオダイナミック農家になるのか？

The world needs more BIo Dynamic (BD) farmers,that's for sure.
世界にはより多くのバイオダイナミック（BD）農家が必要です。

So we will start an apprenticeship program here with us. But there are also other places now available here in this same valley. But how do we establish a certificate of completion?A diploma? We will train someone to manage a bd farm or start their own farm or join us on our farm.

なので、ソフィア・ファーム・コミュニティでは研修プログラムを始めます。しかしここ十勝平野には、現在他にもBD農場があります。どのように研修終了証明書または、卒業証明書を作りましょうか？私たちは、（ファームの研修要項に適合する）どなたにでもBD農場の管理者になれる、または自分独自のBD農場を始める、または私たちのファームメンバーになれるように研修します。

Konomi and I have been BD farming here on this farm for 7 years now and 2 years before that on another farm in Tokachi. In fact we met at a BD preparation making workshop and got married and came to Japan to help heal the Earth with BIo Dynamics. So we have been making all 10 of our own BD preps and teaching others at our workshops how they can make their own and how to use them.

このみと私は、十勝では、この農場で7年間(2016年時点)、そしてその2年前に別の農場でBD農業を行っています。実際、私たちはBD調剤ワークショップで出会い、結婚し、BDで地球を癒す助けをするために日本に来ました。それで、私たちは１０種類すべてのBD調剤を作成し、私たちの調剤ワークショップでBD調剤の作成方法と使用方法を教えてきました。

To teach an apprentice to be a BD farmer one would have to stay 2 years to see and use the BD preps that they have made with us. There is a lot of hands on farming to do all year long and there is also classroom time too.

研修生にBD農夫になることを教えるには、彼らが私たちと一緒に作ったBD調剤を見て使い方を学び、実際自分で作って使えるようになるために2年間滞在する必要があります調剤の学びのためにすることは一年中あり、座学の時間もあります。

Here with us we have a good place to be bio diverse. We can raise most any kind of livestock here and grow grains and vegetables and small fruits. We don't have an orchard yet but soon will have one. Next spring we want to teach also natural and BD style Beekeeping.

ここに生物多様性のために良い土地があります。私たちはほとんどあらゆる種類の家畜をここで育て、穀物や野菜、小さな果物を育てることができます。果樹園はまだありませんが、もうすぐ植えるでしょう。来春には自然でBDスタイルの養蜂も教えたいと思います。

One can learn how to care for livestock and make meat and dairy products,bake bread,raise a vegetable garden and operate a CSA, and many other farming and building skills needed to be a farmer of the future.Some of these things we do can be done independently and become a source of income and a good lifestyle.Such as being just a baker and not have livestock to care for.

ソフィア・ファーム・コミュニティでは、家畜を世話する方法や精肉の方法や乳製品の作り方、パンの焼き方や、野菜などの育て方、CSAの運営方法、そして、ほかにもたくさんある、将来農家になるために必要な農業技術や建築技術を学ぶことができます。そのいくつかは、事業として独立することができ、よい暮らしをするための収入源とすることができるでしょう。例えば、（コミュニティのように）家畜を飼わないで、パン作りだけをするパン職人などです。
